General population petition page

Dear Attorney General Letitia James, Governor Kathy Hochul, and the Office of Special Investigations,

I have read the FOCIS Movement Investigation Report entitled "General Population is the New Solitary Confinement", and I am signing this petition because I believe there is enough evidence to prove that prisoners are intentionally being held in their cells for more than 17 hours a day, in violation of the H.A.L.T. Solitary Confinement Act.

I am asking for a full, proper, fair, and thorough investigation into this matter, as well as the civil and criminal prosecution of Commissioner Daniel Martuscello and any New York State correctional superintendent that allowed these violations of the H.A.L.T. Solitary Confinement Act to happen.
